Okay, I confess, I've never used embossing paste before and this is a bit of a homemade attempt!
I made a set of swirl stencils from an old cereal packet which I ran through my die cutter, and well, to cut a long story short, it all got a bit messy. But it was kind of fun too!
I'm entering this into
The Paper Players #190 Three Spree - I used 3 sequins, 3 stencils and 3 colours (blue, pink and green)
CASual Fridays #130 Good Egg
Virginia's View #2 Stencils
So unique! I LOVE the embossed flourish. The bling is the perfect touch. I have not used embossing paste, but it looks like fun. Thanks for playing with The Paper Players!
ReplyDeleteVERY inventive of you to use the cereal box and die cut for your DIY stencil! The result is really lovely! The shading of colors and flourish work so beautifully together! Thanks so much for playing Virginia's View Challenge!
ReplyDeleteVery clever! At least you have attempted the stencils and paste, I've just looked at everyone else's!!! Nice colors and I love the sequins! Thanks so much for sharing this and playing with my PP "three spree" challenge!
ReplyDeleteHow creative! I love the soft colors and all of the detail you added. Thank you so much for joining us this week at the Paper Players! :)
