Blue Stripe Birthday

This was a good card for using up some of the scraps of wrapping paper that I can't bear to throw away because they might be useful for something!
The letters are from a Stampin' Up jumbo wheel (Nursery Letters) that I stamped onto scraps of white paper then cut out individually.  I didn't have a stamp with the right size sentiment for the 'happy' so (after much practice) wrote it in white gel pen.  While I was at it I added the lines of white dots too.
